KEY SENIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS

Mytrah, the India-based renewable focused Independent Power Producer, is pleased to announce that Vikram Kailas, the Chief Financial Officer of Mytrah Energy Limited (MEL) and Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Mytrah Energy (India) Private Limited (MEIPL), has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of MEL with immediate effect. Vikram Kailas will continue his role as Vice Chairman & Managing Director of MEIPL.

Ravi Kailas will step down as Chief Executive Officer of MEL and continue his role as Chairman of MEL.

In addition, Shirish Navlekar, Chief Financial Officer & Joint Managing Director of MEIPL, was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of MEL with immediate effect. Shirish Navlekar will continue his role as Chief Financial Officer & Joint Managing Director of MEIPL.

The appointments of Vikram Kailas and Shirish Navlekar as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively, are non-board appointments. The Company's board remains Ravi Kailas as Chairman and Rohit Phansalkar and Russell Walls as Independent Non-Executive Directors.
