The Company announces that, pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it received formal notification
today that on 29 April 2008 Barclays plc had an indirect interest in 3,193,671
ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 5.03% of the current voting
rights of the Company. These interests are held through Barclays Stockbrokers
Limited and Gerrard Investment Management Limited.



The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in
the Company.
