    ("Myhome" or the "Company")
    Appointment of administrators
    On 3 September 2008, Roy Bailey and Angela Swarbrick (both of Ernst & Young LLP) were appointed as joint-administrators of Myhome
International plc.  The underlying businesses that the franchisees contract with are not subject to insolvency proceedings and shall
continue to operate whilst the joint-administrators explore the strategic options for the group.
