Shareholders in the Company will be entitled to convert shares of one
class in  the  Company into  shares  of any  other  class as  at  the
following conversion dates  in 2009:  30 January,   27 February,   31
March,  30  April,   29 May,   30  June,   31 July,  31  August,   30
September,  30 October,  30 November and  31 December.

Shareholders wishing  to convert  shares  should submit  their  share
conversion requests (which are available from www.mwtops.eu) no later
than five business days before a conversion date.
