    Circular relating to Redemption Offer and Notices of Meetings

The Company has today released a Circular relating to the offer of  a
cash exit by way of redemption to holders in its US Dollar, Euro  and
Sterling classes (the "Redemption Offer"), previously announced on 10
October 2008.  Details  of the Redemption  Offer are set  out in  the
Circular accompanying this notice.

The Company also announces  the convening of a  class meeting of  the
holders of its Euro Shares (the  "Euro Class Meeting") to be held  at
Anson Place, Mill Court, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, Guernsey  GY1
1EJ, at 10.00am (GMT) on 8 January 2009.

Notice is also hereby given  of a extraordinary general meeting  (the
"EGM") of  the Company  to be  held at  Anson Place,  Mill Court,  La
Charroterie, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1  1EJ, at 10.30am (GMT) on  8
January 2009 (or  as soon  thereafter as  the Euro  Class Meeting  is
concluded).

Notices convening the EGM and Euro  Class Meeting are set out at  the
end of the Circular.
