The Board of MW TOPS Limited (the "Company") resolved on the 7 August
2008 with immediate  effect to  cancel 302,190  Euro shares,  116,808
Sterling Shares  and  101,092 US  Dollar  Shares US  Dollar,  thereby
reducing the  total  Shares  in  issue  to  62,349,724  Euro  Shares,
33,273,946 Sterling Shares and 21,558,851 US Dollar Shares.
