Director resignation
MoneySwap announces that Sunny Yu has today resigned as Chief Executive of the Company, with immediate effect. Craig Niven, currently Chairman of the Company, will assume the role as interim Chief Executive.
It had always been the intention that Sunny Yu would cease to act as a director on completion of the fundraising with Hunan Commodities Trading Centre Company Limited ("HNCX"), further details of which were announced by the Company on 1 July 2016. The Company remains in discussions with HNCX and will provide further updates in due course.
