Long term holders only then, in case your money is tied up for a few months after suspension.

Then again, it could be tempting for pumpers and dumpers perhaps ?

I think the company could carry out a RTO by end of Jan 2008. They won't be at these levels if they do on return from any suspension.

A big bonus would obviously be if they can do it by 25th of July. But even then it could happen at any time until Jan 2008.

FUTURE PROSPECTS

Discussions have taken place with various companies, with a view to making a
"reverse takeover", and it is expected that an announcement will be made in due
course. However, it is highly unlikely that finality will be reached by July 24
2007, and, in those circumstances, in accordance with the Rules of the AIM
market of the London Stock Exchange, dealings in the Company's shares will be
suspended at 7am on 25 July 2007.

This suspension will remain in place until the Company publishes an admission
document in connection with a reverse takeover or, if the Company fails to
undertake such a transaction, dealings will be cancelled with effect from 7am 28
January 2008 in accordance with AIM Rule 41.

The Board of the Company is mindful of the need to publish an admission document
in connection with a reverse takeover, before the deadline expires, and is using
every endeavour to come to suitable arrangements.

Online limits:

Can sell 500K at 0.07 pence
Can only buy 100K at 0.092 pence.

Never seen such online buying restriction in MEH before!

The company seems to be in final discussions about a reverse takeover. Though as the company said it may not be able to put together admission document by the 25th of July. If that happens then the shares will be suspended but the company still then has until January 2008 to put together the admission document.

If it all goes well, then easily 1 pence once the RTO is announced.

Just bought 500,000 shares at 0.10 pence. Pure punt on RTO hopes. Couldn't buy online and had to put a limit order in.
