Trying to mine on land on which you don't have the right and drilling for gold, but not releasing the results - a scam! You could be right.

Here is a trading statement from MOP - we aren't,but we might, however, don't bank on it.Our investment in ATPK is showing a 65% loss, but don't despair as a lot of the shares have been used to guarantee a £200,000 overdraft from our CEO's bank. Therefore, because of this strategic action MOP's shareholders losses will be minimised - we don't know how, but it sounds good.

Down 9.1% without a trade in sight - general market sentiment, specific MOP sentiment or both?

MOP isn't even worth shorting, because all it has is a short mop!

Director fees will take all the value here.

The directors are not worth a plugged nickel, this has taken 22 months to come to court. The part about shareholder value really irritates me - more meaningless drivel.

There is nothing in MOP to generate value I'm afraid.

A 163,963 buy - is this the start of something small?

Taking on a bank overdraft is always the killer for a shell company; makes it much more difficult to salvage if it all goes pear shaped. New management have done nothing. They make the old management look very good indeed, and they did almost nothing!

I expect they'll de-list soon, drain all the ATPK investment as running costs, and then go FUT. You're well out of it. Wish I sold at 2p !!

Sold the rest of mine. No point waiting for the what seems the inevitable bad news of not being able to get their accounts out under IFRS and renew funding. Pathetic price, but better than nothing and an immediate tax loss. Good luck to those that remain. A disappointing saga, but overall I made a profit and so can't complain too much I suppose.

MOP has become a typical AIM stock - totally aimless.

Who wishes they'd got out at 2p - remember that? You could sell 1m shares at 2p!

I'm sure management have tried to be successful, but they just haven't managed it at all. Reverse something into MOP and put us all out of our misery. There was once a time when I had great hopes for this -i.e. shortly after IPO with Bruce Rowan having spent a considerable amount and with Reg Hare and Jo Malins as Chairman. Sadly, Jo Malins was a naughty boy at Cambrian Mining and it's been a disaster ever since he was forced to leave.

taking everything into consideration i'd sum it up by saying MOP has been nothing short of a considerable waste of time and money (a fair bit of it, mine).
