Although it is fast-growing (+114% from 2016 H1 to 2017 H1), it is achieving this growth on a negative gross margin of over 20%. That means that KOOV is spending 20% more on making, marketing and distributing its clothes than it gets back from selling them. This is, by far, the worst business model that I have ever seen. Adding to the bear case here is the fact that the main KOOV thread on ADVFN is extremely active, attracts a very poor calibre of poster and negative views are actively and arbitrarily censored. The bear thread presents an uncensored alternative. |
