16/11/2010 14:32 | Good luck. | knowing
16/11/2010 14:31 | Pleasure. I haved edited the post above adding Weiss next MWJ. Thanks for heads up on DNDS and IPI. | praipus
16/11/2010 14:19 | Will take a look at those. Thanks | knowing
16/11/2010 14:18 | MWJ (Weiss) is 17% discount 4% yeild and a long way from europe. | praipus
16/11/2010 14:03 | Selftrade have paid up already, they can be slow too sometimes. IPI might be ok for a gamble but no NAV puts me off. Also I have a few property plays SRE (Weiss), SAPO (Weiss), TRC (Weiss) all at discounts to NAV and FCPT for a monthly dividend. DNDL/S looks good, discount to NAV and divi. My equivalent is ECWO 20% discount and 4% yeild + defensive underlying (though gearing is fruity). | praipus
16/11/2010 12:13 | Not received yet but HL usually on the slower side. Will take a look. Did you notice IPI and DNDS both sprung to life? | knowing
16/11/2010 12:11 | Have you had you money yet ? And have you looked at MWJ? | praipus

03/11/2010 14:32 | Sort of Call option's on property IPI and DNDS on the FTSE SMXX. Guess it depends then on how much of your portfolio you allocate to such exciting things and how defensive the rest of it is. Very interesting. | praipus
03/11/2010 12:58 | Purely as a guess I reckon. Until we get something concrete nobody knows. DNDS is worth sticking on your screen too as it's a sub of DNDL excersizeable at £.175 | knowing
03/11/2010 11:06 | I'm not sure why IPI's bankers havent said sling your hook guys this £284m property portfolio is ours...bye. Optionality of the share price aluring but worse odds than a coin flip or am I missing something? How do you weight the probabilities? | praipus
03/11/2010 10:57 | Praipus no holding in IPI at present but very tempting. We need an uplift in the commercial property sector to ensure it's future but risk reward does look very appetising. | knowing
03/11/2010 10:52 | On the MJT theme PEQ,CASA,POL,HPEQ,UK IPI is in the favourites but not held. How do you see its future? or hedge a holding? | praipus
03/11/2010 08:43 | Praipus the only other one which I am looking at is IPI | knowing
02/11/2010 14:37 | NAV 45.86p (excluding current-financial year revenue items) | praipus
