Selftrade have paid up already, they can be slow too sometimes.

IPI might be ok for a gamble but no NAV puts me off. Also I have a few property plays SRE (Weiss), SAPO (Weiss), TRC (Weiss) all at discounts to NAV and FCPT for a monthly dividend.

DNDL/S looks good, discount to NAV and divi. My equivalent is ECWO 20% discount and 4% yeild + defensive underlying (though gearing is fruity).

On the MJT theme PEQ,CASA,POL,HPEQ,UKRO,TIC and REH. General discount ECWO,UTL and UEM.

IPI is in the favourites but not held. How do you see its future? or hedge a holding?

Hi Knowing. Seems this is a very quiet bulletin board.

Noone appears interested in Japan, yet I've held shares in MJT for quite some time now because Japanese stocks look a bargain to me.

It seems that the press is beginning to pick up on this. The FT wrote specifically about MJT some weeks ago and I also saw a recent Moneyweek report that argued that since Japan has been in recession for so long they are best place to come out of recession in 2009.

So, I reckon later this year we could see some fireworks here. Love the discount to NAV at the moment...
