Posted at 16/11/2010 14:03 by praipus Selftrade have paid up already, they can be slow too sometimes. IPI might be ok for a gamble but no NAV puts me off. Also I have a few property plays SRE (Weiss), SAPO (Weiss), TRC (Weiss) all at discounts to NAV and FCPT for a monthly dividend. DNDL/S looks good, discount to NAV and divi. My equivalent is ECWO 20% discount and 4% yeild + defensive underlying (though gearing is fruity). |

Posted at 12/2/2009 09:38 by nigelwestm Hi Knowing. Seems this is a very quiet bulletin board.Noone appears interested in Japan, yet I've held shares in MJT for quite some time now because Japanese stocks look a bargain to me. It seems that the press is beginning to pick up on this. The FT wrote specifically about MJT some weeks ago and I also saw a recent Moneyweek report that argued that since Japan has been in recession for so long they are best place to come out of recession in 2009. So, I reckon later this year we could see some fireworks here. Love the discount to NAV at the moment... |
