Completion of disposal of stake in Medilink China
Further to the announcement by the Company on 17 March 2017 Medilink-Global UK Limited (AIM: MEDI), the electronic health card network service provider, is pleased to announce that the Company has received the sale proceeds from the Company's sale of its remaining 49% interest in its associate entity, Medilink (Beijing) TPA Services Co., Ltd ("Medilink China") to Selfdoctor. As a result the sale by the Company of its remaining interest in Medilink China has now completed.
Further details on the terms of the sale of the Company's interest in Medilink China are contained in the announcement released by the Company on 17 March 2017.
