                            ("MEM" or "the Company")

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment ("SPHE") contract

In the Company's Trading Update announcement dated 6 March 2007, the board of
directors of MEM ("Board") stated that it expected to be able to announce a
significant content licensing agreement in the near term.

The Board is now pleased to announce that the Company's direct marketing
subsidiary, DD Home Entertainment ("DDHE"), has secured an exclusive UK
distribution agreement (covering direct marketing and trade) for approximately
150 film titles from the library of Sony Pictures. The titles cover film and TV
programme classics from studio names such as Columbia British, Columbia Tristar,
Columbia Television and Hammer Films and the genres are in keeping with those
currently marketed by DDHE. It is expected that certain of these titles will
begin appearing in DDHE's catalogues shortly.

Commenting on the SPHE contract, Steve Ayres, CEO of MEM, said: "To add Sony
Pictures Home Entertainment to our growing list of programming providers is a
real coup and the classic films and TV series now available to us are a valuable
addition to our rights portfolio".
