MEM launch new entertainment format Petrolheads

In line with MEM group's strategy to create and exploit its own TV programme
content, the directors of MEM ("Directors") are pleased to announce that the
first of six episodes of its new TV entertainment format Petrolheads aired on
BBC2 at 10.10 pm on Sunday 12th February 2006.

The debut episode was second only to ITV in its timeslot, outrating BBC1,
Channel 4 and Five. It was watched by an average of three million viewers,
peaking at five million, and achieving a 14.3% audience share. The Directors
believe the BBC2 programme, which is a motoring entertainment panel quiz format
chaired by Neil Morrissey, represents an important milestone for the development
and profile of MEM's TV production activities. The Directors are confident that
MEM is well placed to secure further TV commissions and to grow its TV
production activities.

Petrolheads is a co-production between Scarlet TV, MEM's TV production division,
and On the Box Productions. The series is recorded at MEM group's Fountain
studio facility in London and the programme format and distribution rights are
being handled by a further MEM group subsidiary, Strawberry Entertainment.

Steve Ayres, Chief Executive of MEM, commented:

"I am greatly encouraged by the initial viewer response to Petrolheads and
believe that the group should benefit from further growth in its TV production
activities in the year commencing April 2006. The production reinforces MEM's
ability to deliver on its commitment to offer production, studio and
distribution under a single banner. I firmly believe that the MEM group is
creating value in line with its stated strategy."

Scarlet TV has a strong reputation and, since its establishment in November
2004, has won commissions from major broadcasters including the recent ratings
success "Crumpet: A Very British Sex Symbol" for BBC as well as commissions from
channels as diverse as Five, Sky One, E4 and Discovery. It has recently won two
new commissions from ITV2 together with series for The History Channel, The
Biography Channel and Discovery Channel.
