("MAXjet" or the "Company") NOVEMBER PASSENGER STATISTICS Notwithstanding this morning's announcement by MAXjet that it has today requested that the trading of its common stock be suspended with immediate effect pending clarification of its financial position, the Company wishes to confirm to its employees, customers and suppliers that business continues to function as normal and therefore announces its passenger statistics for November 2007. An announcement regarding the Company's financial position will be made as soon as possible. Highlights * 69% revenue load factor (8,467 passengers), an 11pp increase year-over-year * 47% passenger increase year-over-year on a 24% increase in available seats * 100% of flights completed in November * 80% on-time performance * MAXjet places ahead of Emirates, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific and other international carriers in 2007 Zagat Airline Survey November 2007 MAXjet's systemwide load factor in November was 69%, a year-over-year increase of 11 percentage points. Revenue passengers increased from 5,748 in November 2006 to 8,467 in November 2007, an increase of 47%.
