                         NOVEMBER PASSENGER STATISTICS


Notwithstanding this morning's announcement by MAXjet that it has today
requested that the trading of its common stock be suspended with immediate
effect pending clarification of its financial position, the Company wishes to
confirm to its employees, customers and suppliers that business continues to
function as normal and therefore announces its passenger statistics for November
2007. An announcement regarding the Company's financial position will be made as
soon as possible.


Highlights

  * 69% revenue load factor (8,467 passengers), an 11pp increase
    year-over-year
  * 47% passenger increase year-over-year on a 24% increase in available seats
  * 100% of flights completed in November
  * 80% on-time performance
  * MAXjet places ahead of Emirates, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific and other
    international carriers in 2007 Zagat Airline Survey

MAXjet's systemwide load factor in November was 69%, a year-over-year increase
of 11 percentage points.  Revenue passengers increased from 5,748 in November
2006 to 8,467 in November 2007, an increase of 47%.

November On-time Performance

MAXjet's on-time performance for November 2007 was 80%. MAXjet's year to date
flight completions improved to 96.4%, with 100% of scheduled flights completed
in November.


2007 Zagat Airline Survey

The 2007 Zagat International Airlines Survey ranked MAXjet (at 82 cumulative
points) above notable international airlines such as Emirates (79), Virgin
Atlantic (79) and Cathay Pacific (78) on the basis of comfort, food, service and
website.

MAXjet Airways introduced the affordable all-business class segment, starting
service between London Stansted and New York (JFK) in November 2005.  Since
launching the low-fare all-business class segment MAXjet has carried over
130,000 revenue passengers.

MAXjet offers the amenities of Business Class, including fast check-in security
clearance, departure lounges, padded leather seats with 170 degrees of recline
and up to 60" seat pitch, gourmet meals and an arrivals facility at Stansted, at
fares comparable to flexible Economy Class.  MAXjet operates a fleet of five
B767 extended range aircraft configured with up to 102 Business Class seats.

MAXjet offers convenient flight schedules with evening departures from cities
across the United States and return flights from Stansted that appeal to both
