Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Matchtech Group plc announces that Stephen Burke has tendered his resignation and will step down as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Stephen, who is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, for his significant contribution and guidance to the Company since 2006. He leaves the Board with its best wishes for the future.
