Net Asset Value per B Ordinary Share

The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announce that the net asset value per B ordinary share of the Company based on the value of its interests in Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("FCRM") and Paragon Entertainment Limited ("PEL") plus the cash balance is GBP0.35894 as at 7 November 2014. As at 7 November 2014 there were 5,008,870 B ordinary shares in issue.

As announced by the Company on 23 October 2014, the Company intends to distribute to the B ordinary shareholders on 21 November 2014, in specie, its holding in FCRM and PEL plus residual cash balance, in order to redeem the B ordinary shares within the fixed investment period and by the mandatory liquidation date of 30 November 2014. The number of Depository Interests ("DI's") and amount of cash to be distributed to the B ordinary shareholders was announced by the Company on 30 October 2014. As at 7 November 2014 the closing mid share price of a B ordinary share in the Company was GBP0.2775 and represented a discount of 22.69% to the net asset value per B ordinary share.
