On 28 January 2016, an award over ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in Manx Telecom plc (the "Company") was made to the following director under the Manx Telecom Long-Term Incentive Plan, as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award which is structured as a conditional share award.

The vesting of the award is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company over the period of three years to 31 December 2017. The award will normally vest on the later of 1 July 2018 and the determination of the performance conditions.

The Company was informed of the above transaction on 28 January 2016.
