Perhaps it is the Canadian investors they are trying to get on board with the new name......

Me 2 - been in Mano for 7 years or so.

There is "African this" and "African that" all over AIM - so boring and no help in standing out in investors' minds.....

It is crazy, but quite nice, as we can keep buying the stock on the cheap. At some point that will change, maybe when gold rokets and investors take a closer look.

Could Mana become another African Minerals? it 33 -bagged.

It should be but the market doesn't seem to know or care. If African Minerals gets taken over investors will sit up and take note then

Why does it do that on a consolidation? Do MMs feel like messing around or do Homer-Simpson type investors see the price per share going up and sell, thinking they've made a vast profit, forgetting that they now have fewer shares?

It's already a buying opportunity; if the market cap goes down more it'll be even more of a buying opportunity.

The 6 for 1 won't be an issue as it will coincide when the deal goes through, so more cash and bigger assets should not have an effect in the share price also it will make it more attractive for larger investors?

Hyper.

The crowds arent following anything much at the moment,as the Crowds dont exist
yet.

Many are still in positions of simply needing to raise any funds they can and in some stocks there are still signs of the last of Bankrupt Funds, with going Bankrupt Brokers & Nomads to come, and continuing redemptions.

Some stocks have simply caught a momentum of short term traders that has led
to some shorts being closed, and encouraged a % of true investors to average down-that gives the impression that all is rosey, but it isnt yet so a slow climb of a Mountain to battle.

However the time will come when new money will be attracted to such stocks
driven by virtually 0% interest rates on savings.

For example I am about to cash in my Premium Bonds as they are now returning nil even on the Maxiumum.

The returns from many battered stocks like Mana could now be truly considerable
especially when for myself I take the view I was happy to buy as high as 12p,
and considered that all things being equal it was cheap---so I have no problem
buying at these levels.

I have applied that logic to several stocks that I have been buying since
December.

When the Crowds do return,no matter how long it takes, the fight for stock in
many battered Cos will be worth waiting for.
