Comfortably ahead of expectations with EPS of 17.3p vs 14.2p forecast. BIL division continues to go from strength to strength with revenues up 19%. Good cash generation. Forecasts for this year will get upgraded to around 19p I'd guess putting them on a PE of 15. Good value IMHO.

the year ended 30 June 2005.

Key points

* Revenues up 6% to #33.1 million (2004 #31.2 million).

million).

* Recommended final dividend improved 5.5% to 4.75 pence per share.

* BIL division achieved good growth driven from Europe and some
promising wins in the US.

* SMP division performed strongly with encouraging improvements in new
business revenues, particularly in the US and through the OEM arrangement
with IBM.

Commenting on the results, Ronnie Wilson, Group Chief Executive Officer, said:

"Last year was a good one for the Group with continuing growth in revenue,
profitability and cash balances for the third year in succession. These results
were achieved as a consequence of excellent new business revenue growth in both
our divisions and our continued emphasis on improving the return on the assets
we employ. We will continue to work hard in the current year to make further
positive progress. I consider that we are well prepared for the challenges ahead
and I remain encouraged about the overall future prospects of the Group."
