My contact tells me the company is effectively bust. Its insolvent. (looking at the balance sheet that's not hard to see). Seghal has acquired the holding NOT to get his business floated via lnx. Far from it. He knows the pitfalls of floatating a small outfit as all eyes being on the company and so valuation can be drastically effected if the market doesnt like the business. He has acquired the stake so as to bring his business into LNX BUT on a private company basis, and him running the show, without the worry of be constrained by stock exchange regulations.

The latest rumour I have heard is that they are contemplating delisting as the listing expenses can no longer be justified agaisnt the size of the company. The company is still in dire trouble. Seghal I believe will be given a place on the board once its delisted post an egm resolution.

That's why they werent bothering with the website, but have been forced by the LSE authorities to brush up their act otherwise face immediate suspension.

Lennox website under "Significant shareholders" shows R Sehgal as holding 5.39%, we know this section has not been updated yet.

We know they have started to update their website yesterday and the section "Aim Notifications" now shows the latest notification 18 December 2007 announcing R Sehgal as holding 14.84%.

There's been 3 more R Sehgal notifications since 18 Dec 07, the last one showing R Sehgal as holding 27.82%. This I think is correct as TDW also show R Sehgal as holding 27.8%

TDW shows the following
32.2% HSBC Global Cust Nom (UK)
27.8% Rakesh Sehgal
20.7% Gower Nominees
10.2% Sinjul Nominees
9.82% David L Reed
3.71% BNY Gil Client Account (Noms)

Total 104.43% near enough I suppose, but I wonder why Lennox do not show HSBC Global as holding 32.2% ???

Hwoever pileiton has said he has been told there will be a statement will be issued shortly.
