Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Legendary Investments PLC (AIM: LEG) announces that it has received notice from certain of its warrant holders for the exercise of 12,500,000 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a total consideration of GBP5. Accordingly, the Company has issued 12,500,000 new Ordinary Shares.

Application will be made for the 12,500,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with admission expected to occur on or around 21 September 2016. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 2,807,364,166 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 2,807,364,166. This figure of 2,807,364,166 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
