I see 0.32p paid. Highly illiquid and placing last week at 0.79 thats almost 200% higher then current share price where its fallen back to. With volume you should see 0.5p+ again since no cheap stock as placing is at 0.79p so they wont be selling eh. Hit 0.6p other week on placing news,

What will the shareprice be after consolidation, anyone?

I guess share price will clime to that equivelant level?

(and previously, the claimed goodwill from an acquisition was later written off 100% !)

sp up due to RNS of claimed new investment and the price per share for it....
....if subsequently does not take place, or expected funds do not arrive (such is the case at a few cos. at present)...then imo the share price may fall straight back done...

err....i expect the people who are going to pay above the going rate for the shares understand the chinese buisness culture. for the average punter ie myself why waste someone elses free knowledge. one would expect once all the stale holders have sold up, then the shares should settle somewhere between here and the placing price. thats the dilema, are the results more important than the placing!

Anyone investing in this is absolutely mad IMHO. Have you read the auditor's disclaimers? Very murky goings on here indeed IMO.

I actually expected this company to go bust ages ago, but looks like they now have a future, and a plan to get them there. To get this placing away at the price they state is quite amazing really. Lets hope 2014 is the start of the great LED turnaround story! Massive volume today, and especially for this time of year too!

Made good profits from this today but very naughty to issue results like that
on the same day AFTER the earlier rns which caused the spike but people were
asking for trouble paying over 0.5p today.

actually sounds ok loss into profit outlook looks good hotel fire claim seems to have ended 1p possibly here in the short term

Well at least they have started to turn things around, a gross profit (although small) is a step in the right direction. Life in the old dog yet! :-)

Agree, very risky paying over 0.5p but the spike chasers need their fix somewhere, think Crnd could be another one today.
