Yeah,

LEATHER GOODS have been the most resilient categories.

I think he means leather sofas etc

Bain predicted Europe will bear the brunt of the slowdown next year, and the U.S. and Japan will remain flat, while emerging markets will continue to grow substantially, though not enough to offset the deceleration elsewhere. Bain said that so far in 2008, watches, shoes and LEATHER GOODS have been the most resilient categories.

CSM LOL!!!

Leather not as popular as it was, why do you think they have bought in some fabric ones?

Desperate attempt to stay alive, the next few weeks will be very hard indeed for them but they need to survive it to get to "Peak"!!

not this weekend judge, but very soon they will be forming a disorderly queue outside the doors, wishing they had not bought sofas from a company that had gone bust, thing is they are the lucky ones, the unlucky ones are the ones who have took delivery and are slowly and painfully melting away on toxic sofas! just one question, wtf are these doing still going, its like hitting a fly with the times half a dozen times and the bstrd keeps crawling!

Perfect weather again this weekend for buying a bit of leather. Did anyone notice if they were queueing out the doors at a store near you>
