Appointment of Administrator to the Company

On 26 July 2007 the Company made an announcement that due to unforeseen 
circumstances it was unable to proceed with its proposed fundraising, which had 
received good support from new investors during marketing. The unforeseen 
circumstance referred to in that announcement was that the Company's largest 
customer had informed the Company that it was undertaking a review of its 
supplier base and was unable to confirm the continued levels of business to be 
placed with Lambert Howarth.

As a result of the uncertainty over future levels of business and the 
cancellation of the fundraising, the Company was unable to publish its annual 
report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006.

On 13 September 2007 the Company received notification from its largest customer 
that it was its intention not to place any further orders with Lambert Howarth 
and it was their intention to source the products supplied by Lambert Howarth 
from different channels which could include sourcing directly from some of the 
Company's appointed manufacturers.

Having received clarification on certain outstanding issues from its major 
customer and having considered all other possible courses of action, the Board 
has now concluded that it would be in the best interests of the creditors of the 
Company for an administrator to be appointed.

The Board has therefore today appointed partners from BDO Stoy Hayward as 
Administrator to the Company.

Shareholders and creditors will be kept informed of any further updates.
