Kofax AP Agility Improves Supplier Engagement and Streamlines Processing with New Supplier Portal and Multi-Currency Support

Kofax® Limited (NASDAQ: KFX)(LSE: KFX), a leading provider of software to simplify and transform the First Mile™ of customer engagements, today announced the latest release of Kofax AP Agility™, a smart process application (SPA) for accounts payable automation built on the Kofax TotalAgility® platform. The new release features SupplierExpress™ integration for optimizing interactions between AP Agility users and their suppliers, automated multi-currency conversion support and a “related documents” feature.

SupplierExpress is a hosted, self-service supplier portal that improves interactions between AP Agility users and their suppliers and the productivity of accounts payable staff by relieving them of what would otherwise be manual, labor-intensive tasks. Suppliers can submit invoices and inquiries, view invoice processing and payment status and enhance communication with AP Agility users, improving visibility and speeding collection times. AP Agility users benefit from suppliers being able to access such information on a self service basis rather than requiring telephone conversations with accounts payable staff.

The new multi-currency feature ensures more accurate invoice processing by automatically converting invoice amounts to an AP Agility user’s base currency and using exchange rates based on a currency exchange service or table. A user-friendly analytics dashboard identifies invoices with mismatched currencies and displays conversions at a glance.

The “related documents” feature enables AP Agility users to automatically research a repository of documents associated with a specific supplier to ensure complete visibility to all information impacting a given transaction.
