Jan 14, 2014 (Menafn - M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) --Kofax Limited KFX, a provider of smart process applications for the business critical First Mile of customer interactions, announced today an investment of USD3.7m by a leading international insurance organisation in Kofax software, to expand and enhance the way it is capturing and processing documents within its property and casualty business.

This USD3.7m investment was composed of USD3.0m of software licenses and USD0.7m of maintenance, with the sale closed and delivered during the quarter ended 31 December 2013.

Under this investment, the insurance company is using Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation Modules to automatically capture and extract data from over 160 million pages of documents per year; Kofax Analytics for Capture to monitor and analyse the entire process; and implementing Kofax Mobile Capture to enable customers to submit documents using smart phones and tablets.

miti 1000 - You are wrong and B1ggles is right.

The shares for NEW KFX were supposed to be on LSE from 8am yesterday - the RNS is very clear.
The Offering shares are additional new issue and were introduced on NASDAQ yesterday and are admitted to LSE today.

WJCCGHCC has given the plausible explanation.

The value of the contract to Kofax exceeds $400,000.
The customer, a leading multi-asset class financial exchange group, will implement Kofax TotalAgility as its BPM and dynamic case management solution to improve the execution and efficiency of its listing processes. Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), a leading provider of capture enabled business process management (BPM) solutions, today announced that ARCADIS, a leading provider of design, engineering and management services to the infrastructure, utilities and public sectors, has selected Kofax for its accounts payable automation solution. The total value of the contract to Kofax exceeds $250,000.
ARCADIS, based in the Netherlands, will implement Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules and Kofax VRS Elite to automate the processing of approximately 300,000 invoices it receives annually. ARCADIS will use the solution to capture, classify and extract business critical content and route the resulting digital information to its SAP ERP application for further processing and easy access while increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
"Organizations such as ARCADIS, which have a multitude of invoices coming in from diverse suppliers, are able to benefit, quickly and measurably, from investing in an accounts payable automation solution that provides a single, unified platform for the automated capture, classification and extraction of information from invoices," said Alan Kerr, Executive Vice President of Field Operations at Kofax.
