Change of Registered Office

The Company's registered office address is being changed from 6(th) Floor, Kildare House, 3 Dorset Rise, London, EC4Y 8EN to 201 Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DT with immediate effect.

Appointment of Company Secretary

The Company has appointed Liam O'Donoghue as Company Secretary with effect from today. Mr O'Donoghue is an employee of One Advisory Group Limited, which will provide his services and also finance function services to the Company.

Issued share capital and Total Voting Rights

The issued share capital of the Company is now 25,010,280 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each; the Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Consequently, 25,010,280 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
