Posted at 06/9/2023 12:53 by kumbuka Another in the long listWhat do TERN, BIDS, BYOT, PUR, STL, KIN and PAL all have in common. All FAILED All ramped by stupid failure MUDBATH |
Posted at 18/9/2018 10:30 by euclid5 according to this section below there will be approx 198m shares in issue afte dilution. Please correct here if i am wrong.198m x 0.06p = £12m market cap Implementation of the Proposals will result in certain of the Bidstack Shareholders being deemed to be acting in concert for the purposes of the Takeover Code. The Concert Party will hold 72,908,422 New Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 36.67 per cent. of the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital. In addition, if all the Management Options and the Replacement Option held by, or to be issued to, members of the Concert Party were exercised (and no other Share Options or Warrants are exercised), the Concert Party would hold a total of 100,207,922 New Ordinary Shares representing 44.32 per cent. |
Posted at 18/9/2018 09:56 by mudbath I have indeed been in and out of KIN and FITB before it.Apart from one blip, the share has been a money spinner for me as I took advantage of the two big spikes. It has been an interesting ride so far and BIDS promises to yield the opportunity for further capital appreciation.Chrisfillyourboots I like your resume ! |
Posted at 18/9/2018 06:46 by ravin146 Very simple sir.Mudbath has been in kin for a while. Shareholders were diluted and 99% of holders had their holding worth basically less than a £5."New holders" will of course do well, if the company does well. But old shareholders will need this at x10+ higher to get their old money back!I'm ready to enter when the shares trade |
Posted at 18/9/2018 00:21 by verulamium I'm not sure Ravin quite understands this. The number of BIDS shares held when trading starts will be exactly the number of 'KIN Useless shares held when suspended. No further dilution. Not really that complicated. |
Posted at 16/8/2018 16:34 by mudbath To the wire !!"The RTO remains subject to contract, additional fundraising and satisfactory completion of the necessary due diligence and, at this stage, there is no guarantee that the RTO will complete. Trading in the Company's ordinary shares will remain suspended until such time as the RTO is completed." although "Kin and Bidstack continue to work towards a RTO. Negotiations are at a very advanced stage and the Company hopes to make a further announcement in relation to the posting of a circular to shareholders, comprising an admission document in relation the RTO, in the near future." |
Posted at 01/8/2018 20:18 by mudbath Couldn't agree more fatfish.I too more or less lost my whole KIN investment. Nevertheless,I bought a wedge of the new stock at 2.9 pence a couple of days before the suspension. Maybe I will recover some of those losses, maybe not. |
Posted at 26/6/2018 08:41 by mudbath The more I look at Bidstack the more interesting the proposition becomes. So interesting in fact that there may be no need for the Akers pumping crew to extol its virtues should the RTO conclude satisfactorily. The BOD already in place seems of an exceptionally high calibre which can only be positively augmented by the skeleton KIN management. Bidstack is operating in a very topical area and one that is expanding rapidly, providing many avenues for highly profitable growth. When trading in KIN resumes it will be fascinating to see how the market values the new publicly quoted entity. |
Posted at 05/6/2018 19:03 by chrisfillyourboots Bidstack is a "game changer" literally and bodes very well for KIN shareholders once RTO completes in next couple of months or so. Advertising Agencies and Clients alike are sure to want to engage with such a clever and effective subliminal advertising/sponsors |
Posted at 05/6/2018 10:14 by ochs Thanks - not sure about bidstack - sounds very early stage and risky at present. £10k turnover is very small for a listed company."bidstack was incorporated in October 2015 and, according to its unaudited results, in the 14 month period from 1 November 2016 to 31 December 2017 it had a turnover of approximately GBP10,000 and generated a loss for the financial period of approximately GBP434,000. bidstack's net asset value at 31 December 2017 was approximately (GBP4,473)." I'm no longer a holder here, but still taking an interest. Perhaps the World Cup will see it take off as they hope. Good luck to those still holding KIN. |
