Further to the immediate report that was issued February 8, 2007, Kidron
Industrial Holdings Ltd. (formerly Technoplast Industries Ltd, hereinafter,
"Kidron Industrial Holdings"), hereby provides notice of the following:



 1. In the afternoon hours of February 13, 2007, Kidron Industrial Holdings was
    served an urgent motion for the appointment of a temporary liquidator over
    the assets of Kidron Plastics Distribution (hereinafter: "Plastics
    Distribution"), which was filed on the same day with the Tel-Aviv District
    Court, by the First International Bank of Israel Ltd. and Union Bank of
    Israel Ltd. (hereinafter, the " Banks" and the "Motion to Appoint a
    Temporary Liquidator," respectively).



 2. Concurrently with the filing of the Motion to Appoint a Temporary Liquidator,
    the Banks filed with the Tel-Aviv District Court a motion to enforce charges
    and to appoint a liquidator over the assets of Plastics Distribution.



 3. On February 13, 2007, the Honorable Judge D. Karat issued a decision on the
    Motion to Appoint a Temporary Liquidator, pursuant to which Advocate Amir
    Bartov was appointed temporary liquidator over the assets of Plastics
    Distribution.



 4. The Court determined that a hearing on the motion to appoint a permanent
    liquidator would take place in the presence of the parties, on April 23,
    2007.
