    Pursuant to Regulation 36(a) of the Securities Regulations (Periodic and
                          Immediate Reports) 5730-1970

Further to the Immediate Report of February 13, 2007, Kidron Industrial Holdings
Ltd. (formerly Technoplast Industries Ltd, hereinafter, "Kidron Industrial
Holdings"), hereby provides notice that on February 15, 2007, the Nazareth
District Court issued an Order for Stay of Proceedings, until March 28, 2007
(hereinafter: the "Term of the Stay" and the "Order," respectively).

The Court appointed CPA Alon Fradkin as special manager and trustee for the Term
of the Stay (hereinafter, the "Manager").

Pursuant to the Order, inter alia, the Manager was granted all of the powers of
the Board of Directors and the directors, respectively.

In addition, the trustee is required to present the proposed creditors'
arrangement for the creditors' approval. For such purpose, the creditors'
meeting shall convene within 45 days from the issuance of the Order.
