 1. Further to the Corporation's immediate report of December 20 2006 , the
    Corporation hereby gives notice of the following:


Due to the company's financial state and the lack of sources required for
ongoing payments of the company's obligations, the management of the company
resolved to freeze the business activity of the plastic division at the
Corporation's plant in Migdal Haemek,

The company will hold a board meeting on February 4, 2007 in order to discuss
the company's plans for the future
