PE largely irrelevant for a life company. Most are valued on a combination of Multiples of Embedded value (now called MCEV) and New Business Achieved Profit. Typically, there aren't forecasts for any of these. The report on IPO produced by Fox Pitt now transposes into a multiple of NBAP of around 17x prospective: very high, but very high growth.

Blx. I saw this mentioned in Shares Mag in November. I liked the look it, and thought I would buy some when it listed in Dec. I forgot. Until now.

Does anyone have any eps forecasts?

stevest2, the main interest is that this is a new company geared towards helping people make better use of pensions which given the ever increasing number of pensioners around should hit the spot. Good experienced management as well so hence the oversubscription by the insti's.

Looks a good prospect to me and one I'm looking to get in shortly for the medium term as I see it as a steady riser from here.

Any reasons for the interest - can't find any info on this?

Hi abcd1234, looks like little interest from posters on here so far and probably a good time to get into this before all the world finds out about it and pushes the price up further.

Haven't bought myself yet as I'm hoping the initial froth in the price will come back a little but I certainly won't be leaving it too long.

looks interesting, esp the stated over-subscription

was v. diff. getting dummy quotes on shares earlier due to small amounts on offer

if anyone has any info, feel free to post it on this bb
