To potential new buyers:

1, Why is this Chinese company listed on Aim and not Shanghai or NASDAQ?
2, They share the auditors as suspended chines company NBU.Alleged fraud at NBU!
3, They claim the float money was to be used to develop an ios and android app, i know of no such app. They said the float money was to be used to develop and advertise a bilingual English facing website. Take a look at jqwmall.com and its 11 listings for mobiles phones 3 listings for mp3's and 2 listings for toys and ask yourself is this even a serious website?
4,An independent website valuation says it (jwmall) has 20 unique viewers a day and values it at $340.
5,Why do lock in period Chinese shareholder keep selling without alleged prior approval from the bod?

6, Why was only circa 10 million shares listed in the aim float and 183 million issued to Chinese holders
7, Why after floating on aim saying the money was needed for growth and hardware did they then just 8 months later return to shareholders the same CIRCA ballpark figure of the float money raised to ALL shareholders, and not just the 10 million sold at the float. Approx 90% of the dividend went to Chinese holders who had NOT bought the shares on flotation.

Please let me know if you feel i have made any mistakes above and i will rectify them

You played the expert over there as well didn't you, and then mysteriously vanished when it went into administration? You will no doubt do the same when this gets suspended and put into admin.

I assume maybe JQW have not paid Cairn for a month? They won't be resigning to preserve their reputation as they have none, after being associated with JQW.

Why exactly do Cairn need to step down now ? What have the company done that they were not doing months ago or vice versa ?

Sorry for your losses folks, as if Cairn have decided to step down it is unlikely IMO that they will find another nomad prepared to take on the business. Time will tell and good luck if you are still holding.

BMN - is that about to sky rocket? Last week he predicted the share price would fall to - (minus) 37p.

JQW - he was calling that a fraud. Cynically using poor sentiment on Chinese corporate governance to tar this stock with the same brush. Did anyone get their 5p divident recently? Think about it. Touched 14p recently and now up 50%.

So, this week's selection are these - The first two possible short term movers and the latter - might take a while longer to recover.

JQW

I think the trading halt and apparent delay in resolving was perhaps a pretext for something more sinister going on. Perhaps they will find the cash does not exist.

I was looking at JQW yesterday but just had a feeling this was going to happen so did not buy. With JQW and the others that have been suspended there tends to be a familiar pattern in the news leading up to the suspensions.

Always very risky recently with the allegations (unsubstantiated at the time) in the background and not a good trading stock for a while. Hopefully most here exited a long time ago.

I wonder if the 'issues' around the site were actually part of competitive dirty tricks, rather than anything internally dodgy. Allegedly.

Think I made the point before that I regularly order stuff from China for a couple of projects and there hasn't been a single instance of non or late delivery.

Mind you, I guess the companies I deal with actually want to do business with products, whereas the ones floating here are just a worse version of the dodgy ones from the UK that float.

Its this floating business. I must remember they don't float to make new investors money.

Not good missing this - but shows the magnitude of the market:-

E-commerce giant Alibaba has broken its own record for sales on China's Singles Day, the world's biggest online shopping event.

About half way through the 24-hour-long sale, the site surpassed the 57.1bn yuan worth of sales ($8.96bn; £5.91bn) made during the entire event last year.

Alibaba said more than $1bn was spent within eight minutes of midnight, which is when the sale starts.

Singles Day is held on 11 November and is a major event for Chinese retailers.

So the update issued 29/10 stated “The suspension of the JQW.com website has been temporarily lifted while testing work is undertaken by the AIC.” And then today they state” The Company's operations will only be able to restart once the AIC gives its go-ahead. “ along with “The Board is reviewing the financial impact of the suspension on the Company however it no longer considers that profit for the full year will be of a similar magnitude to last year. “

So trading has ceased again and now the financials appear to be in question, all the best if you are still holding.

The extraordinary thing is that they even keep on the pretence of "we are different". Just change the name to Fraud Co. Or come out fighting and prove otherwise.

Non execs just happy to take the fees as long as nothing sticks on them.
