I'm happy to sit back and wait for the herd to arrive and chase it again prior to results. Last time it went bonkers I think it was 6.5p low to 24p there is some
mileage in buying at these levels and selling before results on a spike.

The mm's certainly want the stock right now I can sell mine above mid price.

Stig - on what basis do you believe the JQW figures are misleading ? Are you a TW clone who consorts with x-criminals who can't work in financial services or just a sad unemployed and unemployable person with too much free time?

dg - In terms of stated numbers you are missing nothing. The share price is ridiculously low because of the market's poor sentiment towards Chinese Aim companies and because two of the OMPs have been selling since December 2014 - they should be almost out now. The share price went up to around 20p in anticipation of the announcement of a final dividend but the company decided that they had already paid out quite enough in dividends - including a 5p special divi during the year.
Oh and certain journalists and posters apparently do not believe JQW's numbers - but they have been unable to give any hard evidence why they regard the numbers to be fraudulent.

Am I missing something? Last years accounts indicated cash balance of 394m RMB and the June guidance suggests profit in line with last year which would add around a further 146m RMB.This suggests JQW will announce a cash pile of 540m RMB or £54m against a market cap of around £15m.Wonder if they will announce the introduction / restoration of dividends.

Looks as if JQW are doing away with the interim trading update - they updated at the end of June after all - and are going straight to the Interim results.

Today's RNS

"JQW announces that the Group will be publishing its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2015 on or around Wednesday 23 September 2015.

The Company has had a number of discussions regarding the appointment of a new UK-based broker although no final decision has yet been made."

Oops - they've pulled their Trading Update in the last few days!

Their Financial calendar was showing:

"August Trading Update / Notice of Results"

The page has been updated on 24 August 2015 and the above has been deleted. Wonder why?

Thanks for you last post XWP. The google translate takes a minute or so to do the translation - but no matter.

Interesting to see the ask is back to 8p (and that 8p has just been paid) after the 330k and 428k sells yesterday - fascinating to know who sold those and whether they were the last of the shares of those 2 OMPs who have been selling in recent months.

Having to pay 8.2p now for anything over 10k.

when they suspend or give a profit warning to explain all the cash going missing i suspect it will be to do with needing to pay pre-recruitment bonuses or some such twaddle

All CEOs are liars.

I agree. Lots of vacancies does not always mean growth, it can also mean lots of turnover of staff. Which is pronably more likely.

Probably losing lots of staff and having to recruit newbies to cover

Whilst we all await news from JQW I thought I'd see whether they were still recruiting.

This site shows their current recruitment for website and software designers - 28 positions advertised so far in August alone -

In April 2015 6 website software positions were advertised, May - 9 positions, June - 21 positions, July - 7 positions.

They also use other websites to separately advertise sales/advertising positions.

These are the jobs presently advertised on their own website - but no indication of numbers given here -

Notwithstanding the share price, they look like they're firing on all cylinders.
