15/11/2002 13:05 | I think the liquidation will go ahead, the pref get a reasonable take out value, and the ordinary (large holders) have an exit. For the ord holders the underlying gearing is very high, and the ord holders have all the management expenses to bear. | lfh2 | |

06/11/2002 07:12 | The board has announced proposals to liquidate the trust. It is currently selling at just below the projected take-out value. For example, when the NAV was 106.7p, the take-out value was 55.8p - see the news section. Votes of 75% are needed from both classes of shares for the liquidation to go ahead so it may not happen. | richard xi |
