Journey Group (AIM: JNY), a leading provider of in-flight products and catering services to the international airline and travel industries, announces that, following the exercise of share options by certain employees and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), it has today transferred a total of 1,379,864 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") which were previously held in treasury, to the option holders and PDMRs.

Exercise of options by PDMRs

Each of the following PDMRs has today exercised their outstanding options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive and Unapproved Share Option Plan (the "Option Plan") in full at an exercise price per Ordinary Share of 129p. The shareholding of each PDMR following such exercise is included in the below table:

PDMR Dealings

The Company also announces that following the exercise of the above-mentioned options, it has received notification from the PDMRs set out in the table below that they today disposed of the following number of Ordinary Shares at a price per Ordinary Share of 240p to Jaguar Holdings Limited. The resulting shareholding in the Company of each PDMR is included in the below table:

Exercise of options and subsequent disposal by non-PDMR participants in Option Plan

In addition to the exercise of outstanding options by the above PDMRs and the subsequent disposal of the resulting Ordinary Shares to Jaguar Holdings Limited, the Company also announces that all other participants (each being an employee of the Company) in the Option Plan today exercised their outstanding options in full at an exercise price per Ordinary Share of 129p and received, in aggregate, 551,947 Ordinary Shares. Immediately following such exercise, such participants transferred, in aggregate, 551,947 Ordinary Shares to Jaguar Holdings Limited at a price per Ordinary Share of 240p.

Total voting rights

Following the transfer of shares out of treasury, the Company has a total of 13,798,642 ordinary shares in issue, of which 572,899 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore the issued share capital of the Company carrying voting rights is 13,225,743, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
