so 3rd time lucky for UJ 100 and it powered thru to 101½ and change, so theres the 106¾ level and also 102½

NKY saw 150pts reversed from 14200 b4 reversing back up and has today poked over the 14375 level to 14420 but has since come off 180pts at pixel time

unfortuntaely loooooots of further sell res over 15k at 15000, 075, 175, 275-300, 450, 600 and 850 if it powers on without cycling lower first

previous usdjpy sell res levels still out there at 99.6, 101½ and 106¾ too

after NKYs above sell res theres 13275, 13500, 13725+/-, 13825+/- and 14200


just turning down from a futs top tick today of 13280, thereafter theres the aforementioned, but having run it through the model again theres a cluster at 14075-14200

so im gonna call them 13500, and round down the other to 13700+/-, 13800+/- and then the 14100-200 cluster, and for good measure there 14375 after the cluster :P

UJ poked straight through 98¼ getting as high as ¾ at pixel time so model assumes next level is 'in play' as it were, then the 101½ and i'll also add 106¾ now if things get wild :)

edit: worth noting that with any exponential move such as that currently on JPY and NKY its well worth waiting for a turn to start before trying to trade it, even when thats usually your 'bag'

Incidentally, in thailand the Japs are enjoying a renaissance, theyre all over the place like its the 1990s again, never seen so many filling up their restaurants, massage parlours and bars, of course the vast majority are salarymen expats at jap companies, presumably spending their bonuses, as due to JPYs amazing weakness everyone overseas has done 20%-40% better this year without lifting a finger :)

theyve even got themselves a brand new mall, of course it was signed off on a couple years back, just in time

11775 is supp so 785 on the futs may well be enough for now, if not theres 700, 625, 475 and 350

JPY hasnt fully broken out from current res levels according to my model, so in light of their relationship of late if JPY does breakout it certainly wouldnt help NKY
