Exercise of Annual Options
Ishaan Real Estate plc (the "Company"), announces that following a Board meeting on 6th December 2012 and a Committee meeting on 8th April 2013, the Company approved an aggregate grant of 256,317 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares'"), in respect of annual share options (the "Annual Options") granted to Ian Henderson, Vittorio Radice and Stephen Vernon in accordance with their respective letters of appointment as non-executive Chairman and non-executive Directors of the Company dated 7th November 2006, 7th November 2006 and 1st August 2007 respectively. The Annual Options which accrued in 2011/2012 are granted in lieu of salary.
These Annual Options in respect of Ordinary Shares were issued on 8th April 2013, following the exercise by Ian Henderson, Vittorio Radice and Stephen Vernon.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 146,110,450 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights.
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that these new Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on 15th April 2013.
