                                Grant of Options 
Invu plc (INVU.L), ("the Company") the document management software provider, 
today announces that, on 21st of June 2010, the Executive Directors of the 
Company were granted options over ordinary shares of 1p  each in the Company 
("Ordinary shares"), in line with commitments made when they joined the Company. 
 
Colin Gallick, Chief Executive Officer of the Company was granted an option over 
five million Ordinary Shares. The option was granted at an exercise price of 1p 
and can be exercised at the earlier of the achievement of a performance 
condition or 16th April 2013. Following this award, Mr Gallick will have a total 
of five million options over Ordinary Shares. 
 
Ian Smith, Finance Director, was granted an option over one million Ordinary 
Shares. The option was granted at an exercise price of 1p and can be exercised 
at the earlier of the achievement of a performance condition or 24th August 
2013. Following this award, Mr Smith will have a total of one million options 
over Ordinary Shares.
