                           Result of General Meeting 
 
                                27 October 2011 
 
Further to the announcement made on 29 September 2011 regarding the publication 
of the Company's winding-up circular, the Company announces that, at a general 
meeting of Shareholders held today, a special resolution proposing that the 
Company be wound up voluntarily and Sean Croston and Roy Welsby of Grant 
Thornton UK LLP be appointed joint liquidators was duly passed. 
 
It is expected that the distribution of the Final Capital Entitlement to ZDP 
Shareholders and the first interim distribution to Ordinary Shareholders will 
be made in the week commencing 31 October 2011. 
 
A copy of the resolution passed at the General Meeting has been submitted to 
the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at 
www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
