Request for Cancellation of Listing

The Company announced on 16 April 2015 that it had requested that the listing and trading of its shares be suspended with immediate effect pending information which enables the Directors to attribute a fair value to its investment in Strata Energy Services Inc. and thereby clarification of the Company's financial position.

The Company has further reviewed its situation and has decided, in light of its modest residual size and lack of any income-earning assets, that the costs and obligations of operating as a public company are disproportionate to the benefit.

The Company has therefore requested a cancellation of the listing and trading of its shares, which is expected to be effective at 8 a.m. on 3 June 2015.
