RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

International Oil and Gas Technology Limited announces that Arthur Copple has resigned as non-executive director of the Company with effect from 28 November 2013. His resignation reflects the announcement on 19 September 2013 that the Company will seek an orderly disposal of its remaining assets within a 24 month period. It will also have a marginally positive effect on the costs of the Company. The Board thanks him for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure.
