                             Distribution Agreement



International Medical Devices Plc (AIM: INT), the fast-growing medical
distribution company, announces the signing, by its Acute Care Division
subsidiary Pro-Care Limited ("Pro-Care"), of an extension to its distribution
agreement with US manufacturer, Applied Medical Technology Inc. (AMT). Via
Pro-Care, IMD now holds the exclusive UK distribution rights of the AMT range
until April 2010.



AMT revenue accounts for approximately 35% sales of the Acute Care Division on
an annualised basis.



Managing Director of Pro-Care, Guy Mills commented, "We constantly work hard to
develop relationships with all our major suppliers and I am particularly
delighted to be able to announce that the agreement we have with AMT will
continue for another term. With some excellent new products in the offing we are
excited by the prospects that our relationship with AMT will yield."



AMT is due to launch a number of innovate new additions to its Enteral Feeding
range in the next twelve months.
