Innobox Plc (the "Company")
Placing
16 February 2006
The Company is pleased to announce that it has carried out a conditional
placing of 5 million new ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("New Ordinary
Shares") at 2 pence per share to raise £100,000.
The shares are to be placed with the directors as a supplement to the placing
through Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited, which was announced on 13 February 2006.
The directors will be subscribing an aggregate of £39,333 in cash for shares,
with the balance being the conversion of unpaid accrued directors'
remuneration.
The placing is conditional on the approval of shareholders at the extraordinary
general meeting to be held on 24 February 2006.
