Innobox Plc (the "Company")
Placing
14 February 2006
The Company is pleased to announce that it had yesterday carried out a
conditional placing of 10 million new ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("New
Ordinary Shares") at 2 pence per share to raise £200,000 less commission,
through Seymour Pierce Ellis Limited. Further to the announcement on 21
December 2005, the directors of the Company still intend to subscribe for new
ordinary shares to supplement the placing. A further announcement will be made
in due course.
The placing is conditional on the approval of the resolutions to increase the
authorised share capital of the Company and to grant the authority to directors
in order to raise finance for the Company to be proposed at the extraordinary
general meeting to be held on 24 February 2006.
