IGRE £1.1144 NAV

O/t:notanewmember have you seen the WAM thread before?

I try to track the systematic activist value investors trades for all shareholder and PI's mutual benefit.

I picked up a few of these today. Looks one of the better global property funds. Well run and sensible dividend policy.

IGRE NAV very resilient but the Trust is on a big discount to asset value-as no doubt its underlying holdings are too-so a double discount is on offer.

CR - Opening this thread was on my list for "Things to do Today"!

Divi for the current year is f/c as 3.15p; so at 37 the yield = 8.5%.

Not massively keen on the US exposure, still IGRE is my largest holding & I expect short-term progress to 42p, reducing the yield to 7.5% & the NAV discount from the current 40.3% back to 32%.
