Posted at 16/12/2010 12:53 by topvest I picked up a few of these today. Looks one of the better global property funds. Well run and sensible dividend policy. |
Posted at 04/3/2010 16:27 by davebowler IGRE NAV very resilient but the Trust is on a big discount to asset value-as no doubt its underlying holdings are too-so a double discount is on offer. |
Posted at 09/4/2009 10:35 by cockneyrebel Whoosh!!!!!!!!!!!Have any of you looked at ALPH? Monster divi and directors buying there. CR |
Posted at 06/4/2009 08:17 by skyship CR - Opening this thread was on my list for "Things to do Today"!Divi for the current year is f/c as 3.15p; so at 37 the yield = 8.5%. Not massively keen on the US exposure, still IGRE is my largest holding & I expect short-term progress to 42p, reducing the yield to 7.5% & the NAV discount from the current 40.3% back to 32%. |
