picked up 100k yesterday at full offer - tried to pick up a quarter but syp not playing. mms very short of stock, so any buying could send these quite a bit higher.

Andr - if you like "VERY RISKY" punts, look no further than TWL.

Interims due next week - last results showed profit in the second half of the year.

Capped at only £200k (online 0.20/0.27) - an "all or nothing" one - positive interims should see good gains.

heavy buying these last 2 days

has moved from a spread of 0.25 to 0.35 to current 0.5-0.75

yesterday ca 528k in buys
today 200k in buys (and at a small premium to the offer eg 0.7p paid when offer was 0.65p (so MMs short of stock ?)

Does this infer a positive twist to their ongoing discussions in their search for an RTO candidate?

High risk of course
The talks could all come to nothing. ;-)

I reported earlier that we would wind up the Company within six months unless we could otherwise dispose of the Company. I can report
that we have been approached by a number of parties interested in making a reverse takeover of the Company. Whilst current Market conditions
are very difficult we consider that it is in shareholders interests to allow some time for ongoing discussions to develop further in order
to seek the best possible outcome for Shareholders. We will review the situation at the end of March 2009 and will move to wind the company
up, unless the ongoing discussions have a realistic prospect of proceeding.
