Result of General Meeting

At the General Meeting of the Company convened today in accordance with the
circular to shareholders of the Company dated 14 March 2008, the resolution
relating to the issue of shares by the Company was unanimously approved by
shareholders on a show of hands.  Had a poll been requested, votes would have
been cast as follows:

In favour               1,196,324

Against                 8,000

Abstentions             -

Following approval of the resolution referred to above, the Company proposes to
complete the issue of 800,000 new ordinary shares in the manner referred to in
the circular to shareholders dated 14 March 2008, increasing the issued share
capital of the Company to 2,905,606 Ordinary Shares.

In addition, and in accordance with the circular to shareholders of the company
dated 14 March 2008, Charles Llewellyn, Charles Pettingell and Maurice Taylor
have resigned from the board of the Company with effect from conclusion of the
General Meeting held today.  The remaining directors are Andrew Blurton,
Chairman of the Company, and David Low.
